Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will give you full control over your e-mail boxes and newsletters. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mail box account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can redirect emails from one electronic mail account to another, create email filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your mailboxes against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming messages based on specific criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and change the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Simply specify the email box account you wish to redirect mails from, then specify the target e-mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the email client of your preference to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email boxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
